racist". If you hated Japanese, Korean, etc., they would say
"Ms. Chu is Japanese, Korean, etc." If you hated American,
"she thinks she is an American", or "she only likes
white boys" (there
are plenty of women from their parts of the world for them, why me –
an American-Asian? A trophy girlfriend/wife. Partially also because
if they can't have it, they destroy it so no one/White boys can't
have it either. This is understood among those from their parts of
the world, especially women).
To incite sexual harassment, termination and rape, "she needs a man; she likes to check man out; etc." (I am an Asexual, also the internet is full of human anatomy, in any shape or form. Additionally, I've been sexually harassed for decades and had my career ruined by males, checking males out would be akin to accuse of a Jewish checking out a Nazi); to re-enforce such notion to ensure Ms. Chu will be terminated, rape and now the slit of Ms

was what I put on my USPTO office door: "[The Emperor's New
Clothes], just because someone said it, doesn't mean is true".
They, including Hung Havan called me a dyke/lesbian when I was working in the Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). After
I was terminated from the USPTO, the defamation
has been that I became a prostitute, caught AIDS and will die soon. There were people spit when they passed by me. And
now they attempted to beheading me that was meant to kill me such the
EEOC would go away. Currently (1/5/2015), the defamation to incite attacks on me been "she doesn't like immigrants/foreigners" by people I had never met in my life. I've been a volunteer to help the disadvantaged, including immigrants/foreigners. This is how far the people-from-Asia, particularly from the STEM field and the USPTO ex-coworkers will go to have me killed. I just hope there is justice for these people to
get what they deserved. No one is safe with such evil working and
living amount you, and the Tech industry is full of them.
In the Silicon Valley, the people-from-Asia accused me of being a spy in the 1990s and early 2000s. I didn't think much of it as we are just a bunch of common folks,
Anyone
who partakes in promulgating these defamations also partake in
inciting termination, sexual harassment, abuses, rape, psychological
torture, the ruined of my life, the slit of my throat that was meant
to kill me and the worst for me.
For the life of me, I just don't understand why employers or people in the science and technology field chose to believe people from a 3rd world that was no different then North Korea, have no way of verifying their credential or find their place of origin on the map; while they behaved like thugs, surf porns at work in groups, as well sexually harassed and abused me where I was often the only woman in the whole engineering department. This is the kinds of savages that is no different then ISIS who beheaded Americans that Americans are preferred to work with. You sow what you reap.
I can be traced through NYC's public school system from elementary school to Graduate
Westerners/Americans
should NOT view people-from-Asia using Western point of view. Case in
point, Americans had no clue of the conflicts between China and
Vietnam that had many Chinese/Tawinese nationals burned and kill in
Vietname, the anti-american sentiment in China and Asia in
general, or women in general are treated as a 2nd class citizen
where educated women are raped and killed, and their 2 caste
class system in India is still unknown to most Americans.
Unlike
people grew-up in countries where they had never seen a white person,
often anti-West, and 3rd
world culture bigotries are practiced openly, especially toward
women where women are expected to be submissive toward males, in
addition to being here illegally with falsified papers; or grew-up in
States where there were a few Asians. I grew-up in NYC

specifically the Greenwich Village where it was the most progressive
place on earth. I don't see color, race, gender, religion, etc.
There are only 2 types of people in my book, good and evil (those
intentionally do harm to other people) as all races discriminated,
and today's KKK/Nazi are from Asia. But only good people don't
discriminate. Also,
I joined companies where 90+% were people from Asia, I was not the
one discriminated against them. They started defaming me soon after I
joined these companies just as I was in the Patent and Trademark
office by the likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women.
The
Myers-Briggs Personality Test (MBTI) indicated I am an ENTJ,
but I am really an INTJ
with
an outgoing personality.
I
didn't know anyone in the DC metro and had never met Tuan Nguyen or
his countrymen in my life. As a professional, I always tried to keep
a smile on my face. Males from Asia don't like to work with women,
they even said so, especially Americanized Asian women-of-substance
(make these
thugs feel
small,
bitter and
petty, hence the denigration and sexual harassment) who excel in the
job. There are lots of American males still don't like to work with
women, which many also partake in the denigration of me.
Additionally, I am typically well-received at the beginning, particularly by management after they learned of my outstanding accomplishments. But after such defamation, people shunned me and many partake in the defamation. The more accolades, the worst the defamation gets, and the more people partake in the defamation (nothing new here unless you were born yesterday. Same happened in the Silicon Valley defamed by people from Asia). Furthermore, if no one liked me, why are people from Asia such as Tuan Nguyen whom I had never met in my life obsessively slandering me? This is just one

short, women excel in the job are targeted in the science and
technology field, particularly by males from Asia who continue to
practice their 3rd
world
culture here in the US, which is now the integral part of the High
Tech industry. That's why it seems that women are not doing well in
the science and technology field. Just think, a woman could do the
job when males could not, that would shatter the conventional beliefs
of women are not wired for the science and technology field. The last
myth to keep women down. Furthermore,
the question of nature vs nurture when one is skillful in a field, I
am of "nature". This should bury the myth of "women
are not wired for the field of science and technology". All
previous myths such as women are not fit to understand complex
concepts, therefore not fit for higher education are now completely
shattered with women getting PhD, MBA, Master's, etc.
Speaking
of higher education, in an attempt to revive my career, I attended
MIT's Adult Professional course for people in the Tech field, which I
had to pay. Soon I saw the head of the program was an old male from
India, I knew me – a Chinese and a woman won't be admitted to the
program. Just like interviews with Intel's emulation Dept where
nearly all interviewed me were from India, and I was one of the few
in the world could do the job but was never hired. From the
treatment by the people from India, they systemically and intentionally keep other races down, if not the high achievers, just like they did in their homeland, a 2 caste society.
When people from Asia you had never met in your life attacked you as soon as they see you, you are not the problem, they are. And of course, they will say anything to justify attacking you the first time they saw you.
Shawn Joseph then spread to other Training Classes, where they spread to the rest of the Patent and Trademark Office. The USPTO employees and Tuan Nguyen's countrymen/women spread to their families, friends, neighbors and neighborhoods such as the Arlington, VA. As the result, I can't secure a job while being sexually harassed, abused, physical harm, and rape threats that resulted in the slit of my throat that was meant to kill me such this EEOC case would go away.
The
likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen set a bad precedent of
defaming me that followed by Shawn Joseph, Randy Shaffer, Reza Nabi,
and other Lab 2 classmates, which is the source of a cesspool. No one
noticed me prior to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen's defamation of
me, as well Shawn Joseph’s defamation of me.
As
time progresses, defamations such as Paul Rodriguez, the SPE Trainer
played favoritism toward women, and only liked to talk and help
women; or that good looking woman had it easy because guys like to
help them, etc., beginning to promulgate the class; in reference to
me talked to Paul about patent cases; to which I had to keep a
distance such not to create resentment toward either one of us. If I
didn’t stop talking to Paul, the next slander would be to accuse
Paul and I having an affair. I knew this because similar accusations
had been made toward me when I worked in the Silicon
Valley, by people-from-Asia; just like America in the Dark Age when
witch-hunt was practiced.
My officemate Hung
On
the day I got the
news of termination; Michele Choi conveniently came to my office I
shared with Hung Havan. I told her I am going to be terminated. She
was not surprised, she then look at Hung Havan as if
to say he was right. Hung Havan had the "I told you
so" expression on his face with a smile. She suggested I
should ask Bill for help, I said I don't know him, why should he help
me? She then makes a sound of Uh-HA as if she discovered something new, as if this is news to her
that I didn't know Susanne Lo's boyfriend Bill, a coworker whom I
spoken to only a few times and only a few sentences. So
why would Michele Choi think Susanne Lo's boyfriend Bill
would help me in a as-a-matter-of-fact manner, as if I am Susanne Lo?
Michele Choi looked at Hung Havan who's face beaming with pride and a
smirk as if he is the mastermind of the universe where all the little
USPTO management
puppets did exactly as he ordered (a diabolical megalomanaic
such that of
Charles
Manson),
and got a high achiever like me terminated, as well capable of ruined
a woman high achiever's life; and now had slit my throat meant to
kill me such this EEOC case would go away and got away with all this,
just like the people from Asia did to me in the Silicon Valley that
are now multimillionaires and in top level management.
On
my last day, Hung Havan stretched out his arm deliberately hit my
breast and stopped me from saying good-bye to Erica in front of her,
also blocked the hallway so I couldn't go say good-bye to other
coworkers. Hung
Havan wouldn't dare to block me if I am a man for
fear of beat to a pulp.
Also,
Nathan Hillery, Hung Havan and Michele Choi had elbowed my chest
deliberately in the Patent and Trademark Office.
