1. HATE crime against women in the Silicon Valley/STEM

(Disclaimer: Everything I have written here is originated from the EEOC case. )


Stop enslaving women
Let women free
Let women run the world

There are fewer women in the Silicon Valley (now just a glorified Foxconn) and the Tech industry now despite I’ve been voicing how women are systematically targeted and ousted since 2004, because women’s voice are make silenced and not heard, especially by websites associated with the Silicon Valley, except Craigslist; a concerted effort including using sophistries and logical fallacy to keep women down and out of the Silicon Valley.  Women such as Ellen Pao (has an EE from Princeton, a MBA and JD from Harvard) and Susan Fowler are coerced to have sex, threatened with termination and make into public enemy #1, and in my case 2 failed beheadings here in Arlington VA meant to kill meIs the USPTO and the DC metro next? 

Women are half the population, why are we, the women still a 2nd class citizen in America?  Women lost almost every battle we fought in Equal Rights and Opportunities; including women raped in Universities, is this still the 1950s?  How ridiculous is this?    So much so that makes me puked every time.  Justice is for the rich and the powerful corporations such as the Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists, Tech firms, the USPTO and White males. 


Please help me to restore my reputation and to prevent the next slit of my throat/beheading (see pic) and rape by letting people know what happened to me (http://EEOCcase.blogspot.com/, http://casesynopsis.blogspot.com/), to as many people as you can.  You are saving my life and I am deeply grateful. 


I was one of the few women computer hardware engineers in the world in the 1990s, and often the only woman in the whole engineering department, as well a pioneer in emulation, Distributed Processing, etc.  Even fewer yet, was one of the handful of Emulation project/tech leads in the world, and the first person to take one of the most complex bleeding-edge multi-million dollars projects in chip design process from scratch to completion on time and within budget.  I was also the first person to find a PCI Bus bug.


If I am a male in the Silicon Valley/Tech, I would've been a billionaire with either a Startup or as a CEO.  I would've been "crazier" then Elon Musk.  

As a woman, the Silicon Valley/STEM/USPTO/evil empire ruined my life that I had worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to build, and often fired (a kid!!!) because some people didn’t like Asian, hence why I worked so hard pursued higher education. The Silicon Valley/STEM/evil empire is now attempting to do the same to Ellen Pao (who has an EE from Princeton, a JD and a MBA from Harvard), and had been doing to most women in Tech and gotten away using repugnant sophistries such as “stay home and have babies”; hence why so few women in the Silicon Valley/Tech, especially in management.  The Silicon Valley/Tech industry had been systematically ousting women and had never left the “Mad Men” 1950s era, when tactics such as 'women were not wired to understand complex ideas, hence not fit for college' were employed to keep women down.  Today, women are 50+% of the MBA, JD, MD, etc.


Yet, any time when a woman challenges the male dominance or the status quo, whether it is in a job or running a company, the Death Star that is the Silicon Valley aimed to destroy her such as Ellen Pao or me.   

 
Women such as I excelled in tech jobs in the Silicon Valley/Tech Industry/STEM/Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO) are targeted, demonized, sexually harassed and abused on a daily basis, make into public enemy #1,  then ousted/terminated; by people I had never met in my life or barely know as I worked nearly 24/7.  Just think, a woman could do the job when males could not, that would shatter the conventional beliefs of women are not wired for the science and technology field. The last myth to keep women down.


Women had been oppressed since the beginning of time, when will we be free??  The old boys club/sexist/the establishment that is the evil empire, and the Death Star that is the Silicon Valley/Tech, continue to oppress women by ensuring women won’t have a future in the Silicon Valley/Tech through ousting women such as I, Ellen Pao, and so many women before us.   As we all know now, the future is in Tech/STEM.  

Women are half+ of the world population, why are we still a 2nd class citizen? 

 
Throughout the human existence, intelligent women were beheaded, burned alive as a witch, stoned to death, or put to death in a horrified way; today is no different as is happening to me with 2 failed beheadings  meant to kill me here just ~4 miles away from the White House.

Particularly by people from the 3rd World (1st Generation immigrant and their kids such as Jennifer Pan.  I want you to understand these people as you are competing for jobs, and obviously losing in the Silicon Valley/Tech; and  hackings of every company and gov't entity) where women are a 2nd class citizen.   In particular, Asia when Asia was not much different than North Korea, where most had never seen a Westerner, nor do they have any respect for American laws (they are lawsuits waiting to happen).  Also for being a Westernized/Americanized woman (2nd Generation with Star Trek era mindset).  Another word, for being an American in America. This is understood by 1st Generation immigrants, but nearly all Americans could never fathom that so many 1st generation immigrants hated Americans and our culture, especially in the Silicon Valley.  

If I were to follow the Asian culture, I wouldn't have gone to college where I aspired to be a scientist/researcher/professor; and would have working in a factory or the service industry such as a waitress, gotten married with a bunch of kids, where the husband would have psychologically and physically abuse me on a daily basis as they've been doing to me as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, and everywhere I went since as the Fresh-off-the-Boat Asian immigrants (mainly, the Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian) getting bigger and bigger in America; even in the DC metro where I was targeted the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademark Office by Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, who I had never met in my life.  In short, since a woman such as I didn't live according to their Asian culture (true in most Asian cultures such as India, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, etc., except China, who are jingoistic and see me as a traitor for being Westernized/Americanized), they had make me into public enemy #1  in America and had 2 failed attempt beheadings on me, just as women in the Middle East had to live according to the Koran/Quran, otherwise stoned to death or shot in the head such as Malala Yousafzai. 

While these people from Asia ousting women excelled in the job such as Ellen Pao and I in the Silicon Valley/tech, the males from Asia are promoted into the position of CEO in Microsoft and Google, the 2 most powerful software companies in the world, as well to top level management.  In tech companies such as Cisco and Intel where males from India who had never heard of emulation prior to this job making the hiring decision, women engineers such as I who was the only person in the world that could run emulation projects on time and within budget were never hired.  The whole emulation dept. of Intel  was predominately males from India.  They don't even hired White male.  One Indian manager even told me that the whole emulation  dept. will be moved to India, with  a smirk.  This was between 2004-2007 when Intel flown me from the East Coast to the West Coast at least once a year for emulation position interview.  Cisco was predominately males from India due to the discriminatory hiring practice by males from India since the late 1990s, where is Cisco today?  Cisco has gone the way of India.

The more Americans liked me, the worse the attacks.  The people from Asia defamed me to those who they think is an imbecile because they believed without question and would help them further their cause.  Also, there are people very happy seeing Asians killing each other, just like Black-on-Black.

In addition to discrimination toward Asian-Americans that perceived as "getting uppity”; and so the closet racist/sexist used the insidious defamation as a pretext to terminate me as a way to keep women and/or Asian down. 

Despite I've been warning about stealing of trade secrets by these people from Asia, amount many other warnings since 2004, I even asked “can you afford to not to believe me?”  Also, since I live in Arlington, VA, many working in the Intelligence had not only believed the insidious defamation against me, but also partake in promulgating the insidious defamation (2013).  This is how much control these people from Asia have in the DC metro (US Capital and center of world power) and the Silicon Valley (High Tech capital of the world).  Every company had been hacked like Sony, Target or Anthem, and now the government-OPM, they just don't know it yet or refused to acknowledge.  Maybe now people understand why these people-from-Asia who I had never met in my life attacked me as soon as they saw me.  90+% of the people from Asia in the Silicon Valley prior to 2004, went out of their way, some worked 24/7 just to ruin me, now what do you think they are going to do to you, the root source of their hatreds?  Americans took the words-at-face-value of people-from-Asia that behaved like thugs at best, can barely do their job or speak English, and knew nothing of their background, or find their place of origin on the map.  Consider how well-organized and well-planned these people from Asia had been, and now you see the results in top level tech management as well hackings, this should scared the hell out of you if you have any sense at all.  I hope what happened to me is a wake-up call to your job security, your company's trade secrets, governmental security, and the security of America.  

Like the movie “12 years a slave” depicted a Northeast highly skilled African-American man sold as a slave to the South, and beaten every time when he showed he is more skilled than the white males.  It's been the same for me – a woman in the Silicon Valley/Tech/STEM, by people-from-Asia, except I have no place to escape to.  I escaped/absconded from the Silicon Valley due to physical harm threats, to NYC, and now DC metro where a failed attempt beheading (see pic) on me in 2013, that resulted in 50+K hospital bills with no insurance due to unemployment.  


Also, these males had been telling young women/girls that “men don't want to marry her because she is too smart”. These defamations often are the antithesis of the truth. If I married every Tom, Dick and Harry that said “I love her, born to love her or wanted to marry her“ (one's wife just had a baby!  One even tried to buy me, my price was $1billion$, at the time when only 2 billionaires-Buffett and Gates, and no one had heard of Google when they were having lunch in the next table), I would've married at least a dozen times, just in the Silicon Valley alone where I was often the only woman engineer.  I discouraged any romantic interests by indicated in a committed relationship, or cold stern look.  These males had done nothing to improve the human condition/society or to advance the human race (most religions intended to, but ruined by a few bad apples.  Been practicing Zen since High School.).  Most who had “interested” in me retaliated against me for not reciprocated their affection that added to the defamation, harassment, abuses, and with the intention to ruin my life, just as Ajit Nazre did to Ellen Pao, or Chi-Hua Chien that not only deliberately excluded women, but actively defamed/trolled women that excelled over him.  Do you even want to be anywhere near such insidious people?  I obviously had no interested in these morally bankrupted misogynistic charlatan millionaires.  If there were more decent human beings then morally bankrupted life forms in the Silicon Valley/Tech/USPTO, I would still be working.  Additionally, when I defended Ellen Pao during her trial, many of those sites such as Mashable wouldn't allow me to post; and the likes of Twitter pulled my tweet when I posted what the Silicon Valley/Tech had done to me.  They had full control of your technology, hence all the hackings in the News lately (6/2015), think about that and the future of AI! 

In addition to “no one wanted her; no one liked heretc” (Why?  Are they a bunch of racist/sexist?)  (when even an 8 years old knows is mean to say), an admission to shun women.  People from Asia said this to incite every low life/bottom-of-the-barrel/imbecile to sexually harass me, and knew that I would  either report these people and get them fired, or that they got me fired, in which case I would sue the company; hence why I said these people from Asia are lawsuits waiting to happen.  Either way, people from Asia win and often promoted.  Then people from Asia contradicted themselves by calling me a slut/whore, which required lots of liken from males.  

What would this do to young minds?  Another generation of suppressed women and to remain as a second class citizen.

And now added people from 3rd world culture, particularly males from Asia to further the suppression of women such women would have to married one of these low lives and be abused, or become a prostitute such they can have their way; which is what the likes of Hung Havan and his coteries, as well Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women from the Patent and Trademark Office told people after my termination, then 2 failed attempt beheadings on me since I didn’t kill myself after they make me into public enemy #1 using insidious defamation, as a way to punish women for dare to excel in tech jobs over the males (perceived as Americanized by people from Asia, challenging the status quo by sexist American males, or getting uppity by racist). While Hung Havan and his coteries, as well Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women are protected by the USPTO, and the USPTO is backed by the US government, where the EEOC ruled against me over and over again.  The EEOC is no different then the Iran or North Korea court that jailed Western journalists.  Even the Egyptian court is more just then the EEOC.  I am at the verge of being homeless. 

Similarly, the males in the Silicon Valley are protected by the Silicon Valley and the Tech industry such as in the Ellen Pao case.  Their treatment toward women are no different then the Islamic extremists toward women.  Silicon Valley is full of misogynists like the Venture Capitalists in Ellen Pao's case, particularly those from Asia.  The whole VC retaliated against Pao after the case, which is self-evidenced of the nature of these people in the Silicon Valley.  I couldn't post comments to defend Ellen Pao during the trial in many of the sites oversee by the VC such as Mashable.  Another word, a bunch of charlatan using sophistries to sell snake oils; and women such as Ellen Pao and I never had a chance.

I am very concerned that the Silicon Valley/Tech industry/people from Asia/the old boy's club, in a concerted effort using their dominancy in the digital world, especially in digital media, keeping women such as I out, including posting in this Blogger.  It only takes one IT person (often people/males from Asia) to de-activate my account, or just simply not allowed the public to see my comments like the Washington Post, while I/the poster still see the comment posted in the comment section so that I won't complain to management.  I found out and point it out to management.

If I am not going to be killed or beheaded, I will die of cancer as I don't have insurance due to unemployment; and I used to make $100+K/year and ran multimillion dollars bleeding-edge tech projects in the Silicon Valley in the late 1990s (using Football terms, I was the coach and the Quarterback for emulation projects, and won the Superbowl on the 1st season; but my position and salary was of an engineer, not leadership), when women's salary in Tech was about half of her male counterpart.


As a human race, we haven't advanced much from the Dark Age.  The Science and Tech field proven to be treated women in the same manner as the Islamic Extremists; i.e. Malala Ysafzai  shot in the head meant to kill her.  A failed attempt beheading on me here in Arlington, VA, just a few miles away from the White House.  Is this the karma Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella spoke of for women in the Tech Industry?  If there is such as God or karma, I want to see 'do unto others as you have others do unto you'.  They had robbed me the life I worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to build (because my family was so poor, we didn’t even have enough to eat when I was a child); and innovations to advance the human race by a woman as a way to keep women down.  Where is my justice????? Is this how the Silicon Valley/Tech industry chooses to use their superpowers just like an evil empire?

Just think, these people-from-Asia had control of not just the Tech industry, also the DC metro where the US capital and the center of world power located. What if these people-from-Asia decided to incite propaganda against US government officials in the same way they did to me, or that of ISIS/Al Qaeda radicalized Americans to kill US government officials such as poisoned John Boehner or our foods, download top secrets as Edward Snowden did, etc. At best, they will make your office into a cesspool using defamation to incite hatreds amount coworkers, as they did in the Patent and Trademark Office and the Silicon Valley where companies went bankrupted, also ruined many careers and lives, including mine that resulted in a failed attempt beheading. They had proven they hated Americans/Yankees already.  You see why Asia, especially China and Singapore don’t allowed Free Speech.    

I am looking for a lawyer willing to take on a challenge of a case at the forefront of women's Equal Rights and Equal Opportunities, particularly in the Tech field.  I had written my own Appeal.  Looks like I am going to lose the Civil case as well.  This case is not for the faint of heart.  I intend to take my case all the way to the Supreme Court.  Thank-you in advance.  I've been asking civil rights and women's rights organizations for legal help, so far, no reply.  I suspect it is because I am an Asian-American woman, meaning not only do I not expect any help at all from non-profit or social service, I was often targeted by those with malicious intention; which is very typical growing up in America, also why I filed this lawsuit and not expected any help.  I am still being spitted at today.  Growing up like this forced me to get the job done regardless of difficulty in order to survive, which others called "smart", yet still terminated.  FYI, I went to a City college and worked 3 jobs every summer since H.S. 

The EEOC Administrative Judge (AJ) Nancy Graham of New Orleans ruled against me despite overwhelming evidence to support my case. AJ cited I resigned when clearly I was terminated with a termination letter and affidavits from all management sworn I did not resign. Such flagrant miscarriage of justice ruled by an EEOC kangaroo court, the whole system is rigged against women, and racism is still alive and well.
As expected, the EEOC Appeal court - Director Carlton M. Hadden ruled against me (7/23/2015) cited reasons that I already disputed in my Appeal with material facts and affidavits from the USPTO management; in addition  to a failed attempt beheading by the USPTO coworkers to make the EEOC case go away,  where I provided with a police report, hospital bills (50K) and gruesome photos of one you see as my icon.  The pervious ruling from AJ Nancy Graham was as if copy-and-paste from the Patent and Trademark Office's submission as indicated in my Appeal, which was based on what Paul Rodriguez's specious misleading information, not material facts.   The Office of Federal Operations(OFO)  Appeal ruling (7/23/2015) cited basically the same, and added "constructive discharge not proven"  that's not even in my  case, but mentioned once when citing AJ Nancy Graham.  Such flagrant miscarriage of justice, over and over again, the same kinds of justice as those Westerners under the Islamic laws, because I am a woman in the STEM field and a minority.  Where is the humanity in these judicial system such that of Director Carlton M. Hadden and AJ Nancy Garham of New Orleans. 

It is interesting that soon after I filed my case against the Patent and Trademark Office, an Asian American woman Michelle K. Lee was appointed to head the USPTO.  Also after flagrant miscarriage of justice done to me by the EEOC, another Asian-American woman, Jenny R. Young appointed Chair.  There are no other Asian-American woman in such high governmental position, ever.  Coincidence?  I think not.  These agencies are no different then those Islamic States that put a few token women in government such that when the West accusing them of Equal Rights violation, they can pointed to those few women.  But we, the West are no fools.

So that's why  lawyers told me  the EEOC is a joke, waste of money  and time, that it is there to discourage lawsuit to protect  employers.  No lawyer worth her/his salt recommended  going  to the EEOC, or accept  contingency.

What do you do if you were me, now  that  everything you worked 3 jobs every summer High  School had been ruined by the powerful Silicon Valley/Tech/STEM/USPTO  because you are  a woman and  an Asian, while  being sexually harassed, abused, unable to secure a job, fired soon if you did such as by the Patent  and Trademark Office, physical harm/beheading and  rape  threats everywhere you go in the DC metro?  Another  word, you are NOT allowed to win even if you are the fastest runner, and there is  no justice for you because you are a woman and an Asian; and a
ll you did was trying to do a good job, hence the accomplishments.  This is NOT done by a few people, but a concerted effort by the Silicon Valley/Tech industry/USPTO from employees to management, and now the judicial system/EEOC.  Maybe now you understand why people were radicalized by Islamic Extremists (proven as of 4/18/2016 by the stolen ISIS member database), as so with Arab Spring and revolutions/civil wars started, Black-Lives-Matter movement, and so many shootings(going postal).

As transhumanism movement is gaining momentum, I could've been making contributions to the advancement of the human race in the STEM field that is dominated by male (people like us  heard a different calling in life); but instead, due to discriminations toward women, I am wasting my life on a lawsuit.  Since this lawsuit is for Equal Rights and Opportunities for women, and I can still volunteer to help others from immigrants to women, I am still making a tiny contribution.  Instead of giving me money, I asked people to pay it forward; hate begets hate, hopefully good-well will begets good-well; and hopefully your children will live in a better world then today.  But  even in places where I  volunteer, people  from  Asia such as Sue Tsui who I had never  met  in my life,  defamed me and berated me  the first day she saw me, for  being Americanized.  Males from Asia with PhD did the same to me when I was working in the Silicon Valley.  They hated Americanized Asians (a traitor), especially what they perceived as Americanized young women = Western women = slut = stereotype of Western women.  Sigh.

By now, I hoped every Intelligent Agency see how dangerous these people are, especially after the hackings of all the government agencies which I warned since 2004, in particular, the OPM, as if taking candies from a baby.  It is also a danger to our society in general, and that's why most Asian countries in general don't allowed free speech, especially China, and why India is such a mess.  This is not done by one or two people, but ~90% of people from Asia in 2003 in the Silicon Valley, and everywhere I went since, from NYC to now the DC metro.  How do you check criminal record of illegals from Asia using falsified paper as I stated since 2004?  This is why I am still here in the DC metro, and not moved back home to NYC, also have a better chance of clearing my name and be safe.  But then, I realized, if these so call intelligence, had any intelligent at all, would have seen the hacking coming,  not to mention so many had been warning of such since the 1990s.

The Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) management wrongfully terminated me based on the defamation at face value
(all these people were lawyers or trained as one) are now either demoted or fired because they were the one left in my EEOC case by the EEOC counselors (the real culprits such as Paul Rodriguez, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, Susanne Lo and her friends from India, etc., are still gainfully employed. So typical of the USPTO management). EEOC counselors took these people's words at face value when they said they didn't defamed me, and eliminated them from my EEOC case (mainly Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends from India, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women). While these people instigated and promulgated the defamation are now promoted and are the suspects to slit my throat/beheading to make the EEOC case go away.

The EEOC counselors within the Patent and Trademark Office asked none management I named, including Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery and Michele Choi whether they defamed me, they said no; then Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery and Michele Choi defamed me further to the EEOC counselors by calling me narcissistic, delusional, etc. EEOC counselors took their words at face value without further investigation (you can't make this stuff up!!). So everyone I named in my EEOC case except management were dismissed from my EEOC case. I specifically indicated in my EEOC report, “People such as Tuan Nguyen, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, and Hung Havan are very slick; they make Bill Clinton (slick Willy) looks like a little school boy.....In order to find the truth, I would highly recommend someone who is seasoned and well verse in investigative questioning in people like Bernard Madoff.”

While managements such as Wendy Gerber, Paul Rodriguez, Zachary Clifton, etc., were either demoted or fired partially due to their wrongful termination of me where they took defamation of me at face value. USPTO lifers Deputy Under Secretary/Deputy Director Teresa Rea and USPTO Commissioner for Patents Bob Stoll had since left. It is sad to see these people's career destroyed just as these Asian version of the KKK/Nazi/Extremists did to mine that started in the 1990s as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley. I had to keep pushing Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, Susanne Lo and her friends-from-india, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, etc., were the root cause of my termination, are now left to do more harms to other coworkers.


The moral of the story is that, anything being said about me should be verified with me.  Otherwise, you are no different then Afghan mobs killed a woman who falsely accused of burning a Koran by males meant to do harm to her; or defaced a Facebook to incite attacks and kill a woman they never met.  There are two attempted beheading on me already.  The second one happened recently that mistaken my neighbor as me and killed her by stabbed and cut her throat with a large wound to her neck.

DO NOT take what people said about me at face value, unless a closet racist/sexist/bigot looking for a pretext to discriminate against me. Some people such as Hung Havan and Michelle Choi will go to great length to set me up to further their defamation, unbeknown to me, such I would be sexually harass, abuse, terminated, rape and had my head slit off. These nefarious individuals succeed by playing on the ignorance and the haughty of you, and you and I are the one will pay the price. 

As for "controversial" based on defamation promulgated by people I had never met in my life, mainly people from Asia; I worked nearly 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log and my accomplishments throughout my career and academic, yet I am "controversial", while these misogynistic males sexually harassing women are not even mention, is this America?!


People who took what they said at face value were either fired or demoted.  I got fired, a ruined life and the slit of my throat that was meant to kill me; while many of the perpetrators were promoted to top level management in companies such as Microsoft, Google, Intel, Facebook, Apple, Venture Capitalist, etc, and are multimillionaires in the Silicon Valley/Tech industry where many couldn't tell a toaster from a computer when they just arrived in the US via H1B visa, often illegally using falsified papers in the 1990s when I first met them. Yet they managed to take the credits of completing one of the most complex projects in chip design process when I was the only person had hands-on experiences in this type of project, and had to work 24/7; while my male coworkers from Asia surfed porn in groups and worked overtime on a smear campaign against me. (This is the 21st century's "The Emperor has no clothes", and can only happened in the Silicon Valley/Tech/STEM or any 3rd World where there are prejudice against women).  Also blamed women for their mistakes and failures behind our back even though women/I were nowhere near the incident.

Additionally, because no one thinks a woman could do the job; and only revealed the truth after they failed miserably in 3DFX where the company went bankrupted because they could not get their chip out to the market.  You are dealing with thugs and cut-throat competitions, literately. Most who had worked or doing business in Asia knew this by now, or will.

For women excelled in the Tech industry, we are defamed, denigrated (bitch, slut, whore, doesn't know anything, etc), ousted; and in my case, beheading to kill me; NOT because women suddenly decided to stay home and have babies after we worked so hard and went through hell to get our STEM degree, which is what the Tech industry/males use as a pretext to justify the ousting of women. These are Tech leaders and are billionaires, they are extremely smart and knew the truth, yet they still used such repugnant specious pretext to prey on the most vulnerable group in the Tech industry, and systematically ousting of women. At least with the Islamic Extremists, people are aware they hated educated women, but how many people know the Tech industry hated educated women too?


People-from-Asia had make me into public enemy #1 that resulted into sexual harassment, abuses, physical harm and rape threats everywhere I went; and now a failed attempt beheading. Due to the defamation, I can't secure a job, fired soon if I did just as in the Patent and Trademark Office. I can't even find a lawyer or they are too expensive. I've been suffering from PTSD since the wrongful termination.


What did the Tech industry get from people-from-Asia? Most couldn't tell a toaster from a computer, companies are paying them to learn on the job. While they are in the company, they slandered top-performers, well-liked or dedicated workers to eliminate them such they are the only one left in the job. It only took one, namely, Tuan Nyugen, in the Patent and Trademark Office that gave racists a pretext to terminate me.  This happened over and over against in the Silicon Valley.  Then companies wonder why their project failed and went around saying they couldn't find qualified Americans, or wonder why they got hacked like Sony or Anthem. After these people from Asia learned the ins-and-outs of their IT infrastructure, they hacked the company.  This is basically the picture of the Tech industry, an evil empire run by greed and the old boys club/sexists that ultimately come back and bite them at their arses, that resulted in the downfall of so many managements, also resulted in the physical harm and rape threats as well a failed attempt beheading on me.  And, all I did was working 24/7 as evident by my computer log to ensure the success of my projects, including in the Patent and Trademark Office, and every job I have held since High School. I learned from working 3 jobs since High School that I could be fired because some people don’t like Asian and/or women, regardless how well I did my job; often because I was better at the job than the grew-ups.

Since I am from NYC (grew up in the Greenwich Village and the East Village) and don't know anyone in the DC metro, worked nearly 24/7 on the job, in addition to treat everyone with respect; so who are these people I never met in my life saying they don't like me, and why?  Here are some:  Jennifer PenWomen Allegedly Sexually Assaulted After Being Lured to Va. Home for House cleaning Job.  That’s why everywhere I went in the US, I was being defamed by people from Asia who I had never met in my life.  I was sexually harassed on a daily basis when I was working in the Silicon Valley by these males from Asia that was 90+% of the engineering dept, and I was often the only woman.  They even followed me into the women’s bathroom.  You are helping these miscreants to rape and ruined young girls/women’s lives.  And as to why, one reason I found was because I don’t speak Mandarin (a Chinese dialect), by people who don’t speak English or refused to learn to speak English in America.  Obviously, those who slandered me are the one with issues (racism, sexism, bigotry, hatreds, oppression of women, psychologically unstable, jealousy, covetous, envious, avaricious, etc.), but mostly the oppression of women, particularly by people from Asia with current and past H1B as the core.


I was specifically targeted for beheading as it happened on June, 1, 2013, a sunny and warm Saturday morning 10am in a Park where there were little leagues playing baseball and soccer, Boy-scouts were just a few yards away, and next to a busy trail in Arlington, VA, where people bike, jog and walk. I rarely go out as I knew these people from Asia were out to do harm to me as evidenced by the defamation the first month on the job in the Patent and Trademarks office. I was also targeted as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley in the 1990s where 90+% of my coworkers were from Asia; in addition to NYC, and now DC. I typically wear a hat to hide my identity and to block the sun. The attacker had to left up my hat to make sure I was the person he was looking for before attacking.  People  who had shown such vicious intention toward me were my coworkers from the Patent and Trademark Office.

In the Patent and Trademark Office, Nathan Hillery had elbowed me on the chest outside of my office on his way home one night with his friend Bill.  Michele Choi had elbowed me on the chest to push me out of her way after she looted mine office supply on my last day. Hung Havan used force to stop me from saying goodbye to Erica, a Chinese-American woman down the hall from my office.  On my last day, when I went to say goodbye to Erica, Hung Havan was talking to Erica outside of her doorway.  I attempted to walk inside to her office, Hung suddenly stretched his arm out such my chest/breast hit his arm.  I had to push his arm out of my way.  Erica asked him why he did this, he shrugs his shoulder as if to say "she is fired, what is she going to do?"  Then Hung Havan stood in the middle of the hallway to block me from going to say goodbye to other coworkers, which left only one way of the hallway for me to go, and that is back to my office.   I went back to my office, packed up and left the Agency for good.  Hung Havan wouldn't dare to block me if I am a man for fear of beat to a pulp.


Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women defamed me the first month on the job to incite sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm, rape and now a failed attempt beheading.

Judge people by their action, promulgating slanders with malicious intention are savagery, an act of a thug (male, female and often from Asia), not someone you should take their word at face value, nor should you ever trust such nefarious individual, ever again as they have shown you who they really are - a diabolical megalomaniac such that of Charles Manson.  Which explains why people-from-Asia are so reserved/unfriendly, and that I thought my father was paranoid, because they knew it is common for the likes of Charles Manson to live amount them, and now working with you. How safe are you working with them and living right next to you, especially your daughters, considers they had tried to behead me?



So now, the Patent and Trademark Office hired predominately Asians after my EEOC case filed just to cover-up this discrimination charge when the root cause of my termination were people from Asia discriminated against me for being an Americanized-Asian and a woman excelled in the job. So now the USPTO hired more Asian version of the KKK/Nazi/extremists to discriminate against Americanized-Asians and women who excelled in the job. You can't make this stuff up!  The really sad part about this is that most management probably couldn't find China on the map and that all Asians are look alike to them such that they may have misled people into thinking I am Susanne Lo or Michele Choi as a pretext to terminate me.  It was very common that coworkers did not like Asians.  I am still being yelled at as “chink", amount many other discriminatory practices in Alexandria and Arlington, VA such as in housing (even HUD, no less), shops and grocery stores.  There were times when a white person would step aside, and let a non-white person to serve me in restaurants.


While all this is going on behind my back, due to the threat of termination, I had to work 24/7 as evidenced by my computer log time and my accomplishments. I also deliberately kept a low key and not be seen as soon as I heard Tuan Nguyen defaming me the first month on the job as I knew he and his countrymen/women were setting me up for termination, just like people from Asia did to me in the Silicon Valley. My plan was to wait until my probationary period is over, otherwise any complaint would be seen as a "high risk" candidate by the USPTO and terminated. The USPTO terminated me nevertheless even though I worked 24/7 and with outstanding accomplishments known to supervisors and top level management; while like the tech industry, the USPTO keep saying they can't find qualified American candidates, and needs more cheap H1Bs foreign workers.

These H1Bs hated American food, culture and living here in America, while missing their family and friends back home.  They don't understand English and said so when they said “they don't understand what I was saying”.  Ironically, in order for them to stay here and work in High Tech as a way to get rich (this is a gold rush for them, hence why cut-throat tactics), they have to a have a job, so they attacked and eliminated Americans such as me from the job, while continuing to exert their 3rd world culture practices of women as a 2nd class citizen on me and been keeping me out of the Tech industry, as well make me a target of sexual harassment, abuses, termination, physical harm and raped threats that now manifested in the slit of my throat.

People who had worked in Asia knew how deep this anti-west sentiment amount the general public, and their view of Western women that is of a prostitute, which is what they been defaming me as (I am an asexual).  Another word, I am targeted for being an American (Americanized = traitor) in America by people from Asia.  I am their effigy of Americans - the symbolic representative of America and a traitor in their view, a punch-bag for their hatreds toward the West/Americans. That's why such hatreds unleash onto me even though I had never met most of these people-from-Asia in my life.

The Chinese now can relate as an effigy. Chinese are being targeted, killed and burned in Vietnam as the resulted of the South China Sea dispute; which maybe why Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women targeted me in the Patent and Trademark Office. In the tit for tat fashion, Chinese stabbed 3 Vietnamese women to death in ChinaThese 3rd Worlders, including those from the Middle East bring all their hatreds and practiced here in the US, and the Tech industry as well the Patent and Trademark Office are helping them. 


Now their children such as Michelle Wie and Lucy Li are exactly like me in golf – Americanized and outstanding, where mine were in the Tech industry and the Patent and Trademark Office. I had to go against my father to pursue higher education as he believed women shouldn't be educated, and vehemently against me pursuing a PhD as he knew Asian culture won't tolerate a highly educated woman.  This is one of the reasons why I’ve been targeted by people-from-Asia.


The feeling toward these young Asian golfers by Americans is exactly how the people-from-Asia feel toward me, particularly in the Tech Industry, and particularly by male coworkers from 3rd world Asia.

Ms. Chu had to work nearly 24/7 to meet the 2 consecutive 3 COPA cases-per-bi-week right after the 6th month evaluation, 93% Productivity and a total of 19 cases including COPA cases soon after the 8th month evaluation. Ms. Chu also had an apodictic first case that is known to many SPE and Mr. David Kappo – Director of the Agency/Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to Ms. Chu's qualifications: a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ROI page 000025), was pursuing a PhD while at the same time pursuing a second Master’s in Computer Science (for job security as a minority and a woman), as an adjunct in college and a researcher in Applied Physics with published paper (ROI page 000028, http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ao/abstract.cfm?uri=ao-32-21-3944). Ms. Chu aspired to be a scientist/Professor/researcher, to change the world and to make the world a better place to live. Most Ms. Chu's co-workers would've been Ms. Chu's student had Ms. Chu's research funding wasn't cut.

Furthermore, Ms. Chu has extensive industry experiences and outstanding accomplishments in the same field as the 
patent class 703 – Simulation, Emulation and Modeling (see my resume (chu production 1.pdf page 29-30)) http://www.deepchip.com/items/0343-06.html where Ms. Chu hands-on led multimillion dollars bleeding-edge Emulation projects since the 1990s, and was the first to succeed in completing the project on time and within budget.  (Using Football terms, Ms. Chu was the Quarterback and the Coach, built the team from scratch with restrictions to players could recruit, where the players undermined Ms. Chu at every possible way, but still won the Superbowl on the first season. USPTO's accomplishments were college Football).  Ms. Chu had a history of outstanding accomplishments in a male dominated Engineering field and academia which Ms. Chu had to work nearly 24/7 to achieve such result. Yet, Mona Chu is terminated as the resulted of discrimination toward her as a Chinese and female.


People like us heard a different calling in life.  Mainly, how do I live a full and fulfilling life, to advance the human race and made the world a better place to live (similar to Star Trek’s governing system where people pursue their interests). So please don't judge me as if I am a breeder.


The only mandate the Patent and Trademark Office has for over a decade been to clear the patent backlog.   I am one of the few people in the world uniquely qualified for this Patent Class 703 position and proven over and over again since the first month on the job, and by having an apodictic first case as well met the stringent requirement of 3 patent cases per biweek from my supervisor Paul Rodriguez and Director Wendy Gerber, which was not required from my probationary peers.  Male coworkers with lesser qualification were promoted, while I was set-up to be terminated.  They deliberately put COPA patent cases (COPA patent case = Appeal + PhD in STEM) in my docket to ensure I couldn’t meet the stringent requirements of 3 cases per biweek = 26.5 hrs/case.  I did nevertheless by working nearly 24/7.  So the USPTO terminated women that could do the job.


Male coworkers in the same Training Class with less qualifications were promoted as soon as we got out of the 3-4 months Training Academy, where nearly all SPE Trainers and the then Undersecretary of the USPTO knew I already had an airtight first case. But instead, I was put on stringent requirements by my Supervisor Paul Rodrigues where his Unit had only one woman and one Asian who was a Professor, while sister Unit was predominantly Asian and women that used to have Paul Rodriguez as a SPE.  A group of people transferred out of this Unit when I assigned to this Unit.



While I am one of the most qualified candidates and with outstanding accomplishments where I may be the first women to have an airtight first case, USPTO management terminated me when I didn't beg for my job. In the Tech industry, the American males wanted me to know this is still a man's world when I refused to whore myself to them as I believed in meritocracy. If the Silicon Valley claimed to be a meritocracy based, ask them why a woman that was the only person could take the Emulation project from scratch to a fully verified chip design on time and within budget in the late 1990s to early 2000s, while people from India that had never heard of emulation, were hired over me? Why people from China didn’t know anything about lasers and optics hired over me who was a researcher in the field and with published paper? Why are Vietnamese “verification engineer” who couldn’t find a bug in a script hired over me who found the bug in less than 2 hours? (I was just hired and had to poke around to find where everything located. For emulation, if it took longer than ½ hour to find an easy bug as in a script, that means the project won’t be done on time and within budget).


The people from Asia and ghetto Asians in the US wanted to make me suffer to the point where I lost all hopes and kill myself, for being an Americanized Asian in America.  I didn't, so they attempted a beheading meant to kill me. Now you see why there were so many suicides in FoxConn, it is a society of sociopaths, share the same psychological profile as Seung-Hui Chi from the Virginia Tech massacre and Charles Manson.




Note:  For those who wondered about my English writing skill, it is self-taught because no one taught me to write in Elementary school, and it was too disruptive in Junior High School by Hispanic/Latino kids to learn anything.  Those grew-up in low income would know this.
